I was wondering what to write about for my first post on the newly remodeled mylazyhouse blog and I realized I have never made a proper list of my favorite phish shows. Well I couldn't do that because that list is ever changing, so I decided to just write down what I have been listening to recently. I also wanted to state that this is simply a list of my (current) favorite phish shows not "a list of the best phish shows ever!?!!!". 02/20/1993 - Atlanta, GA setlist No download (part of LivePhish official releases)

The second night of three rowdy nights at the Roxy. Great second set full of teases and two of my favorite bustouts (Walk Away, Have Mercy).

12/30/1993 - Portland, ME setlist download

One of my favorite NYE runs. First set contains some of my favorites (Curtain, Forbin -> Mockingbird). Second set contains a really nice 2001 -> Mike's and a solid Horse -> Silent.

06/11/1994 - Morrison, CO setlist download

The second night of a great 94 Red Rocks run. One of my favorite YEM's. Nice Chalkdust, Antelope, & Contact->Frankenstein.

06/18/1994 - Chicago, IL setlist download

While I love the O.J. Show (Trey was wearing an Hakeem jersey (I think)) & the Tweezer-rific Bombfactory show, I didn't want this list to be too 94 heavy, so I choose between the three and picked this one. Just 2 solid sets full of great 94 phish.

12/31/1995 - New York, NY setlist download

My favorite NYE show hands down. First NYE run of many at MSG.

06/06/1996 - Woodstock, NY setlist download

An unannounced secret show. I literally wore this tape down through 1000's of listens. Just a fun show, you can definitely feel the excitement of the crowd through the music. A standout Funky Bitch. Waste and Character Zero debuts.

08/16/1996 - Plattsburgh, NY setlist download

The Clifford Ball. My favorite festival to date. I don't have to say much about this one, just solid. The other sets are great as well.

11/02/1996 - West Palm Beach, FL setlist download

My friend lange gave me this disc entitled "under a coral sky" and I was instantly blown away and still am every time I hear it. This is one of my favorite phish shows ever. Great Ya Mar and a must hear Crosseyed -> Antelope.

12/07/1997 - Dayton, OH setlist download

I know many consider this show overrated but I absolutely love the first set. Especially Bag->Psycho Killer->JJLC; Tube -> Slave. Amazing phisy-funk in this one. Other 97 favorites are: 11/22/1997 & 12/13/1997.

04/03/1998 - Uniondale, NY setlist download

Part of the 98 Island Tour. I loved the entire mini-tour but this is my favorite. Great Roses.

07/06/1998 - Prague, Czech Republic setlist download

Part of the 98 European Tour. This is a really playful show, the band seems to be having a good time onstage and that definitely comes through.

09/30/2000 - Las Vegas, NV setlist download

Trey's birthday. Full of bustouts: Walfredo, Forbins/Mockingbird, Day in the life, & the Stone's Emotional Rescue. Great Show

Well, there it is. I hope you enjoyed the list, writing this I realized the list only contains pre-hiatus shows. Not sure why that is, just guess I have been feeling nostalgic recently. Anyway pinches thanks for reading and feel free to comment on the list and post some of your favorites.
